Through university and practicing Cara has gained a vast amount of knowledge in anatomy and physiology as well as a variety of different massage techniques. Cara aims and works hard to provide the best treatment possible that is specific to each of her patient's. Cara is enthusiastic about each of her treatments and patient's and excels in using a combination of her physiotherapy and massage therapy skills in order to assess, diagnose and treat to the highest of standards.
