Kasia Kolodziejczyk

Sports Therapist

Kasia completed a Physiotherapy BSc (Hons) in 2015 and Sports Therapy MSc in 2017 achieved from Leeds Beckett University. Whilst studying Kasia had a chance to practice manual therapy and rehabilitation within an elite sport environment as well as in the sports injury and medical clinics. Currently Kasia cooperates with Manchester Giants team (British Basketball League), providing them with soft tissue treatment, injury rehabilitation and pitch side first aid. Kasia is a professionally insured member of The Society of Sports Therapists.

Kasia’s sporting background involves swimming competitively in the past and being an amateour triathlete now. She has a good understanding of what athlete challenges in everyday life. Kasia is passionate about running biomechanics, worked as a running advisor, and has done her MSc research project about running biomechanics.

Kasia is focused on meeting patients needs and providing the best possible massage therapy, considering muscles imbalances and its impact on quality of movement. Kasia uses taping techniques, mobilisations and exercises alongside massage therapy and believes that every person should have an access to knowledge about ergonomic posture, correct movements technique and injury prevention.
